AMIkids offers a FREE online fitness program to ALL team members year-round through FitOn Fitness. You do not have to be enrolled in any of the AMIkids benefits to participate. Participation is confidential and there is no waiting period to join.

Choose from an array of on-demand workout videos such as cardio, HIIT, yoga, pilates, meditation and dance at a time that works best for you. You also have access to nutrition guides and meal planning tools that allow you to track and save what you eat.

- Verify you are an AMIkids employee by entering your full legal name (how it’s listed in UKG), DOB and zip code.
- Once registered online, you can download the Fiton Fitness App and have access to all their great tools at your fingertips
